- ICP
- Ideal Customer Profile: the precise description of the customer types most likely to buy your product.
- Deliverability
- The probability that a sent email lands in the inbox — not in the spam folder and not under Promotions.
- Warm-up
- Gradually ramping up a new sending domain so mail providers classify it as legitimate.
- Reply rate
- Share of recipients who respond to an outbound sequence, as a percentage of initial emails sent.
- Trigger event
- A signal (funding round, new CIO, tech-stack switch) indicating that an account is ready to buy right now.
- Closed loop
- Feedback loop in which results from conversations and closed deals flow back into targeting and messaging.
