Founders Associate Intern (m/f/d)

You work directly with the founders on strategy, operations and everything between sales and product. Your setup changes every week, your learning pace is high.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing and following up on strategy calls and client conversations
  • Research on markets, target buyers and triggers for live campaigns
  • Building and maintaining internal tools, dashboards and SOPs
  • Contributing to new solutions and service building blocks
  • Own projects with clear ownership, from day one
Profile
  • Studies in economics, business, management or comparable (career changers welcome)
  • Structured, fast, writes clearly in German and English
  • First experience with B2B sales, consulting or startups is a plus
  • You want to be an operator, not a spectator

Growth Intern (m/f/d)

You build haseln's growth with us. Outbound, content, performance — everything that produces pipeline and sharpens the system.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, test and evaluate your own outbound campaigns for haseln
  • Content research and creation for blog, LinkedIn and newsletter
  • Analyze reply data and derive hypotheses for the next iteration
  • Build and maintain our own lead database
  • Work closely with the founders and the operator team on our GTM
Profile
  • Studies in marketing, economics, communication or comparable
  • Enjoys writing and writes well, in German and English
  • First exposure to outbound, marketing tools or LinkedIn is a plus
  • You think in hypotheses and tests, not gut feeling
